Coaching with Dr. Brittany, A Practical Approach to Better Health, Balance, and Well-Being
Have you ever felt like you know what you need to change, but you just don't know where to start? Maybe you're dealing with stress, difficulty maintaining healthy habits, changes in your work or personal life, low energy, or simply feeling stuck. Sometimes having someone who can help you look at the bigger picture, identify what is getting in the way, and create a realistic plan can make all the difference.
Dr. Brittany Schultz brings more than a decade of experience working with individuals to her coaching practice. She is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and licensed acupuncturist and has been practicing since 2013. Her education and training include a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Functional Blood Chemistry from Five Branches University, a master's degree from Southwest Acupuncture College, and advanced training in functional blood chemistry. She is also a NCCAOM Diplomate and has served in professional leadership and advocacy roles within the Wisconsin Society of Acupuncturists and the American Society of Acupuncture.
Dr. Brittany's coaching approach looks at the whole person and the many factors that influence how we feel and function. Coaching may address health habits, nutrition and lifestyle, stress and coping, sleep and energy, relationships, work or retirement changes, personal goals, and barriers that have made change difficult. When appropriate, health information and bloodwork can also be reviewed from a functional health perspective. The goal is not to overwhelm you with another list of things you “should” be doing, but to help you determine what matters most right now and develop practical steps that fit your life.
Dr. Brittany completed her master's degree in psychology and is continuing her doctoral education in psychology from California Southern University. Her coaching services are designed as a supportive, educational, and goal-oriented service and are not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. If you're ready to make meaningful changes but aren't sure where to begin, coaching can provide the structure, accountability, and individualized support to help you move forward.
If you've been saying, “I know I need to make some changes,” this may be the time to start. Contact Dr. Brittany to learn more about the coaching program and determine whether it is a good fit for your goals.
